Why I Love What I Do
My love for music started young.
When my parents found me dabbling on the piano keys as a preschooler, they could see I was genuinely curious about it. So much so that they enrolled me in piano lessons at just 5 years old - and I've been playing ever since!
I was born into a family with a rich history of professional musicians, dancers and artists - and boy do we love a celebration! Weddings, birthdays, promotions and more. You name it, my family celebrates it!
Perhaps that sounds a little strange, but it is just what we do - it's personal to us.
Those personal experiences are what I love so much about playing music for others. To be involved in one of the most deeply personal and truly special moments in a person's life is an honour, and performing their chosen music is a privilege.
So no matter the occasion, rest assured that I will deliver an exquisite, unique and above all personal performance. One that will live long in the memories of you and your guests.

My Experience in Music: Performer & Teacher
Music has always been an integral part of my life - both from an academic and personal perspective.
I have Bachelor degrees in both flute and piano performance, as well as a performance certificate, from La Sierra University. I also earned my Masters degree in flute performance from California State University Fresno.

On a personal note, I am proud to say that I have performed in numerous masterclasses with renowned artists such as William Bennet, Gary Schocker, Robert Dick, and Jim Walker. I am a former three-time piano concerto soloist with the Thousand Oaks Philharmonic, and currently perform flute and piccolo with the ensemble professionally.

My Favorite Piece of Music
Africa Fantasy for Piano and Orchestra by Camille Saint-Saens.
I love this piece because it is so colorful and vivid. It is inspired by the composer’s travels in Egypt following the death of his mother. It's full of energy and genuinely takes the listener on a musical journey. By the time the piece reaches its exuberant final notes, you can't help but feel energized.
My Inspirations
I try to find inspiration everywhere! Vibrant sunsets, reading the latest on healthy eating, a hot cup of matcha green tea....
I particularly love seeing old couples holding hands. Knowing they have probably been together many years, it's inspiring to think about the ups, downs, tears and laughter they will have experienced together.
My Worst Kept Secret
I am a proud "dog mom" to a yappy Chihuahua named Kula. I know that I spoil him - and I have even considered making him his own Instagram account. The world needs to see how cute he is!
